About Me

Malika Howard is a senior currently enrolled in Loyola University New Orleans, Louisiana. Howard is a Criminal Justice major and is studying a minor in Communications, specializing in Public Relations. Originating from New Orleans Louisiana, Howard developed a interest in the Criminal Justice system. While working in the event planning industry, Howard developed an interest in Public Relations.

As a student of Loyola University, Howard’s goal is to master and discover all aspects of the Criminal Justice system. While attending Loyola University, Howard learned topics such as Criminal law, Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking, and violence against women.

Howard has worked with non-profits, a legal firm, and event planning services. Her primary interests include spreading Domestic Violence awareness, marketing, and branding, specifically corporations and people in the field.

Howard plans to further her education by obtaining her masters and attending law school in the near future. Overall, she hopes to represent various firms and criminal justice departments as a Public Relations representative and the Crisis Communicator.
